  Machine took $20 and didn't give me a ticket. No number to call, no attendant on site. I was very frustrated!

  The credit card machine took my money but didn't print a ticket... twice, at a rate of $15 for 2 hours. If the company was credible, they would have a number posted for customer service (I assume they are too ashamed to have anyone contact them about their scam). I did look up the corporate number for the San Antonio area, but only got a busy signal. My advice, spend your money elsewhere.

  Credit card machine barely works and is The​ SLOWEST I have ever used. No # posted to call f/feedback. Only one machine f/lot - avoid if you value your blood pressure.

  It is a scam that takes your money by putting a boot on your vehicle for no good reason. If you don't wanna waste your money don't botherIt to park here they should be shut down.

  Poor management and front office administration. As a former employee who resigned due to this I can say confidently that I made the right choice. People at lead and supervisor levels are childish and uneducated, You are expected to work full 8 hour durations without a break, and the worst is that when there are problems nobody will tell you and instead immediately notify management regardless of whether or not you were even aware of the problem leaving it to trickle down onto you. Also the valet drivers make just minimum wage. The supervisors and night auditors make about the same amount which is only 10 per hour. Nobody pays attention to detail to due to lack of intelligence and education. Also, the kids, or majority of 20 somethings will play blame games and call management on people they don't like rather than accepting responsibility for their own mistakes. It isn't worth your time to work for this company. The pay is poor, there are no health benefits, and your supervisors are all uneducated and childish. No surprise that this company struggles to maintain a full work staff. My recommendation is to stay away from this company and find other work.
