  Let me start off by saying the wife/owner was not sympathetic to the loss of my grandmother. These were her words as they lowered my grandmother into the ground.. "please go back to your cars now ". Yes I do understand we are on the cemetery's time, but she was disrespectful from the moment we got there! They ran out of flags for our cars , so people were lost! We explained to her a few cars were coming she proceeded to say (while rolling her eyes) "we can not wait"! We have to start! Very rude and unempatetic! As if this was routine to us! No its not! It may be to you! but not too us! Mind you if I was getting paid 10,000 I think I'd alittle more sympathetic to that person! And their Family!. We are a grieving family ! If your not good with those two emotions stay away from grieving families! Everyone else at the Woodward funeral home was great! Besides her! Thank you for making this memory for me and my family a disappointing one..

  I've been here too many times, to say my farewells to lots of family and friends. Each time I came here, they treated us, with the upmost respect, courteous, and hospitality. Very nice place to say your farewells. Thank you so much.

  They were very helpful & caring. It was my first time having to deal with death. Everything was done beautifully for my mom's service @ the church & burial the next day. It's been years but I had to say thank u via this post. Claudine Faison

  From the time that I called to the finalizing of my cousins funeral I had EXCELLENT customer service. Tiffany and the staff of the funeral home have been very accommodating and understanding! They had little turn around time to prepare my cousins body and he looked AMAZING!! Thank you for all of your wonderful time and service!!

  This Funeral Home had the body of our brother James Humphrey. We needed a statement that they have his body and the date the services were being held in order for my baby brother Donald Humphrey to get his paycheck to attend the funeral and the only thing they would do is offer him a letter after it was all over. Or call his place of employment which would not accept a verbal from the funeral home...That sucks!!! There should be a better plan and considerations for families that are already dealing with the stress of loosing their loved one. We're very disappointed.
