  We are selling our home and needed a quote quickly for the buyers. I got Jesse's name from a fantastic plumber we have now used many times and felt he would be a high quality trade to call. I called to get a quote, talked to the owner, explained the situation and sent pictures and dimensions of the yard, and he said he would get me a quote. But he never sent the quote. I even followed up and got no response. I guess he felt if we were selling the house it would not be worth his time to quote but he could have just been honest about that instead of saying he would send it and then not sending it. We have held up our negotiations for his quote but now I'll have to go to someone else. Very unhappy.
