Too crowded, and now they want to put in more homes in this area where they haven't even put in a traffic light at 35th Avenue and Vineyard yet where it's very very very needed.. just more accidents waiting to happen.. whoever orchestrated this, was definitely not a rocket scientist.. there's already so much traffic backed up on Baseline and 35th Avenue heading west coming from the East that it is just awful but yet they want to put in more homes right there on the corner of 35th and Baseline along with more homes along 35th between Vineyard and Southern without adding more roads for the people nor adding the traffic light that's a must at 35th Avenue Vineyard. Come on, Common Sense people!!!!!

The park is big. My family and I played baseball and had a great time and there was space for us to have a BBQ and aI party

Dope fiends everywhere needles at the park. Junkies are disarming alarm systems And looting garages. Actually saw two kids about thirteen or fourteen shooting up on the side of a house. Don't let the Nice homes fool you, this place is worse than Detroit. Watch out for Walt and Tina, they are middle aged couple selling to all the kids and stealing bikes and other property. They might act like good people but they are walking scum.

Great park for the kids in inclimat weather if you want to keep the kids active. Nice running paths for early morning. However on a nice afternoon there will be no place at the park where you can not hear the F bomb and worse coming from the basket ball courts. May not be kid friendly.
