Publicly shaming someone, who is a regular customer, no less, is disgraceful and I hope people take notice and refuse to do business with you. Horrible people.

I will no longer be using this laundromat since they publicly humiliated someone who inadvertently bounced a check. They posted her full name on their sign before even contacting her regarding the issue.

I go there every week to wash my clothes but they also have a very good drop off laundry service. The pricing is very good and the employees are always willing to help. This place makes doing laundry not so bad. Hope to see you there

Staff was of no help. Mary and another lady are the only nice ones in that place. The owner was of no help to me what so ever. His dryer overheated and burnt my clothes not to mention my hand when I went to spin it. His dryer ruined 6 of my shirts and 2 pillow cases. He then went on to add that it was my fault and how I had the dryer packed which was false. He told me that it was all my fault and he took no blame. He said if I don’t like what he has to say then sue him. I’ve been going there since I was 7 years old and never had an issue and now all of a sudden I don’t know how to do my laundry??? He lost my buissness not that he cares.

The owner of this establishment is absolutely unprofessional and cannot admit any fault when his business and/or equipment is starting to be defective. I had someone close to me do my laundry only to hear that a few of the shirts were burned and the owner or any of the staff did not want to take any blame but point a finger around like children at each other. I was offered $20 as a way to keep quiet and reimbursement for the clothes meanwhile a single shirt nowadays costs about $20. Half of the machines barely work and you have to sit there scanning the card several times before the machine realizes it's not broken then decides to do whatever cycle you pick. They've lost a dedicated customer as I'm not coming here anymore. Stay away from dryer 12A.
