  Machine started the cycle at 16 mins instead of 27 mins. Worker said she’s could not help with refunding the money or stopping the machine so I could use another. The owner showed up and was rude and dismissive stating that the machine works fine, even though it happened to another customer right before me. He ignored what we were saying, he fiddled with the machine in question and then popped in the coins and said it works fine, because it now shows the full amount of wash time. What a waste of time and money. Will not use this laundromat again.
