  Took a dress in to be hemmed, and left it there for three days only to be called that she didn't have time to do it by the time I needed it. Then blamed me for miscommunication and refused to offer services to me due to language barrier. Very frustrating and poor service.

  I've been going to this neighborhood dry cleaners at least once a month since 2005. Never an issue. Always polite. Great service and the owner takes interest in you and your well being

  poorly run business, even despite the language barrier. don't give receipts, double charged me on debit card and made me pay cash. took for ever to have them resolve issue for me. will not ever use again.
