  I needed a dentist and I really liked Dr. Scott's personality when we met. She gave me an extensive dental plan. It was at my second visit that she placed a crown I wasn't happy with. That prompted me to get a second opinion. I then got a third opinion by an endodontist. I found the opinions of the second dentist and the endodontist to be consistant, and both far less evasive and aggressive than Dr. Scott's approach, so I decided to go with the second opinion. I paid in advance and had more than a $800 credit at Lasting Impressions. I informed them I would be going to a different dentist and needed a refund. The staff told me it would take 2, possibly 3 weeks to be issued the refund. After a month of waiting I called the office to ask about the refund. Every time I called they would either give me a date I would be refunded, asked me to call back, or said they would call me back. I was never called back and never refunded. About 2 months later I had called a dozen times. I finally left work and came to the office to try to get my refund. The staff insisted I had to wait for the doctor to finish with the patient before they could get her approval to issue my refund. I was scrambling to find somebody to pick up my children from school and missing work waiting for my refund. I feel confident had I not shown up I would have never been given my money. I am happy with my new dentist and the current care I am receiving, but regretful that I ever went to Lasting Impressions.

  Wonderful atmosphere. Professional and pleasant staff in the back and front office. I wished I remembered all of their names.

  My family and I have been patients at Lasting Impressions Dental Group since I was a teenager. Dr. Scott-Cuillier is a terrific dentist that's very professional and caring! Dr. Scott and Staff ensures services are provided in a safe, clean, and calm environment. I've been lucky to volunteer services with Lasting Impressions and Awesome Angels to provide an annual free dental day in the community! I would highly recommend Dr. Scott and the entire Lasting Impressions staff for all dental services!

  Dr. Scott and the entire staff are fabulous. I always have a very pleasant experience. The front office staff are very professional. Dr. Scott and her staff make you feel great about your teeth and provide knowledge about one's oral health that is easy to understand and incorporate into your daily routine. Thanks Lasting Impressions Dental Group for being AWESOME!

  My family has been coming here for years and love this place. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Scott is very patient and works well with my other doctors (I have a chronic illness) to ensure that I have the best quality of care and proper medications (if needed). Extra services are offered, but are optional and they let you know they are optional. The only reason that I did not give five stars is because there can be a lengthy wait at times. I have no problem waiting, because the atmosphere with the music is great!
