  OMG! This store is unbelievable. Quality at an amazing price. But don't go looking for a particular item. If there is something you really want, chances are good that you will find it. But I guarantee, you will bring home a big bag or two of fabulous values. IT IS NOT all damaged or unsellable stuff. I was a comparison shopper in New York, so I learned to know value. You can't beat the values you can find in this store. I wish they would open a branch in my neck of the woods!

  This store is so absolutely different from the Chicago location. It's a total mess!!! And the people who work there are RUDE! They were having a trunk sale when I walked in, but was quickly told I could look at the merchandise because there was a line..ok fine. Went looking on some of the racks and came back 15 min later. Sale over... ! What?! Are they trying to sell things or what? Then I went back to a rack and was shortly told I had to leave the aisle because they were restocking..Again...What?!! I was trying to get a shirt off the rack to look at it and was again , no very nicely advised to leave the aisle. Very few dressing rooms so there was always a long line. Would never go back there again!

  Good store with good deals. More geared towards female clientele as mens selection is significantly smaller. Not a place to go to If you don't like crowds, need your personal space or have issues being around clutter. If you are patient and willing to dig through all the racks you will definitely find a treasure or two.

  What happened to this store? The prices rose like 100% since I was in last in late November. What is weirder is that I still see some of the same people in there when I would come regularly last year. Do any of their shoppers actual have jobs or are they all reselling like others have commented in their reviews? A person used to be able to come in and get the high end brands without much trouble. Now it appears that either they don’t put them out or it’s picked off immediately. The place looks trashed too. Shoes were all over the floor and purses were scattered (pretty typical from what I remember). My 2 star review is due to my most recent experience. The store was putting out more product in the homeware section. Literally within 5 seconds of saying they were going to form a line, there were 40 people in it. I’m not kidding or exaggerating either. How do all these people know when and where stuff is getting put out? I couldn’t walk fast enough to get in line as hoards of people kept jumping in front of me. I finally just gave up and decided to go home!
