  Amazing service. Really nice employees. Coffee tastes great and the place is really cozy. It's my favorite coffee shop in Nashville. I highly recommend it.

  Staff is very friendly and I enjoyed the question of the day "what's you're favorite dance move" . My sandwich & smoothie wasn't too bad either.

  Best cup of coffee in the downtown area... Definitely better than Starbucks

  I love lasaters coffee. But I will never go back to the Nashville location. Horrible customer service, the GM was extremely rude and was saying obscene things behind the counter. Very unprofessional, terrible service. I had heard that the customer service wasn't very good and that the employees were rude. But against my better judgment, I went anyway. I always order the same thing, a large blended white chocolate mocha with whipped cream and for some reason I paid a $1.50 more than I do at the Clarksville locations.

  As much as I love Lasaters, I question the owners decision to hire a manager such as Drew Harris. Any quality business should chose representivites who display the characteristics of the business itself. I sure hope this manager does not represent the characteristics lasaters as a business wants to present to customers.
