  Safekey at the school is great and the staff is awesome but when it comes to their main office they are horrible at answering their phone calls and terrible customer service. Even when you leave a message they do not return your call. I been there in person and they are never on the desk phone so it doesn't make sense.They need better management at their main office.

  I purchased a safe in 2011 from Safe Keeper. In 2016 the digital lock malfunctioned and again in 2017. Jeff called Browning Safes and they agreed to replace the old lock with regular key lock. The service rep Vid came out the following day and installed the new lock. He was very professional and went out of his way to explain the new lock system. After six years, Safe Keeper stood behind their product and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market to purchase a safe. Randy & Margie Carns

  Safekey can be a nightmare! They have the worse customer service , they do nothing to try and help. Some of the "babysitters", yell at the kids and hate being there, they act like it's free. Ummm it's expensive!!! They don't keep track of anything for you except when you owe money, but credit days, you better know exactly what days you missed because they will NOT lift a finger. They arrive late!! which is one of my pet peeves (all the parents) We have jobs to be at, get to your job on time!! It's terrible, and nobody ever does anything about it. It's helpful but it can definitely can use improvements as it is a service WE PAY FOR.

  Thank you, Safekey. You are such a blessing. My work hours are long. My wife's work hours are long. The teachers at SafeKey are a blessing. The staff at SakeKey care about my child. Our family is so happy over the help with homework, the afterschool eating program and the benefits of SafeKey.
