  had my parking booked 4 months before...but still they didnt let me in on my second and final day of booking saying its overfilled

  Good place with fair rates. It is an inside secure lot with valet which I like for leaving car overnight

  Don't park here! They dented my car and then denied it! THEY ARE CRIMINALS! I parked at 395 Flatbush Ave. at an MPG Parking garage and when I returned to pick it up there was a HUGE dent on the passenger side bumper. The parking attendant, Joel Carrasco, then argued with me and tried to deny that my car was damaged inside their garage. (I work from my car and know every ding and scrape it has; I know for a fact there was no damage on my car before I left it in his hands.) After arguing with him I eventually got him call his manager who finally made the attendant call his manager, who made him write out the damage report. The manager also gave me a phone number to call and follow up on the damage report claim. HOWEVER, everytime I called it just went straight to voicemail because the recipient was never there - A HUGE PROBLEM because the voicemail is also full and wont allow you to leave a message. This is completely criminal. When I finally got through to a human being they treated me like I was bothering them. What's more, I still had to pay for the two hours my car was left in their incompetent hands.
