  I love this store. Some stuff is a bit pricey, that's why I wait until there's a good b sale, especially on the bras.

  My mom don’t like the way older employees treat the younger employees. They are always yelling at them and demonstrate bad attitude toward them. Other than that my mom thinks that the environment is really good, she loves to buy at lane Bryant in Downtown Brooklyn. Hopefully, HR take care of this struggle.

  Having a love for single strapped Sandals I happened to be walking by LB when a lovely gorgeous pair of blue stacked heels on display caught my eye and in I went to have a closer look and try on. The shoes are sized wider so size down one full size if you need shoes to accommodate wider width only in the front of your feet. Sales associates were really on their A game here, I noticed they were all pleasant and quick to ask if you needed assistance. Everything was neatly dispayed too! Sales were incredible here plus you can earn real woman's dollars to use towards future purchases worth $25 off of $50 , I've got my next pair of shoes in mind.

  The first time i went into the store one associate looked at me as though i may take something then she later ordered me a bra that wasn't in the store but never informed me that I'd have to size up because it runs small. When i received the bra naturally i had to do an exchange so i called the store to see if they now have it in stock, spoke to two associates giving them the Full name, Size and Color so one got back to me stating its there and she would put it on reserve for me. When i got to the store after a long and hard days work only to realize its the wrong size that was reserved. Just because the hanger has a size on it doesn't mean the bra is the same size. They need better training over there. Now i have to go across town to get what i want. Ridiculous! SMH
