  Huge thank you to the ladies that assisted us on our 2+ hour shopping trip today. Bobbie went above and beyond to ease concerns, fit, and empower my friend. The staff and overall experience were phenomenal today. All were very knowledgeable regarding inventory, and styling per the body type. I've been a card holder for 15+ years and this store and staff are by far the best in my experience. Thanks!

  First off I just moved here from Macon Ga. The store in Macon does not compare to this store. The customer service here is superb. I have never felt so welcomed before. I stopped shopping at Lane Bryant because of my experience with the nasty manager in Macon GA. The manager i met yesterday was awesome and so approachable. I love this Lane Bryant, please go here!!! I don't even live in that area but I will drive those 45 minutes just for the experience.

  I had a GREAT experience at this store on Howell Mill Rd. I was in search of the Mesh Bomber Jacket and there was one left! Johnnyee was so nice as was the rest of the sales staff. Very nice, welcoming ladies. Excellent customer serivce! Thanks ladies! I love my jacket!
