  I have always received good service at the Laudau Uniform store in Midtown Memphis. However, I was disappointed to learn they do not accept credit card phone orders or have an Online option for ordering at there store. I called to get a replacement top ordered for my daughter who is in Nursing School. They have all the information on file when I purchased her first scrub set. It makes no sense to me that in this day and age that are not capable of handling this type of transaction. Convenience to the customer is always key.

  Went to 2 other places before being directed here. Just went back today to pick up some more. A bit pricey, but well worth it for the quality of the scrubs I bought.

  Landau’s customer service is just as lacking as the quality of their scrubs. Employees should be aware that even though contracts with local hospitals and professional schools means customers will always come through the door, they should know these customers are still in fact paying customers who should to be treated with respect. Employees have always seemed to be annoyed that customers actually come into the store, and they do nothing to curb their sass and downright bad attitude remarks. Orders placed months ago are still not fulfilled. If 0 stars were an option it would more appropriately reflect the effort Landau makes to retain customers.
