  Worse costumer service ever.. my husband and I seated there for 20 minutes without any employee saying hi. Another couple walked in looking rich and they were immediately served. They just lost a cash sell today Saturday May 19. We will definitely go to another Land Rover.

  Horrible sales experience. I lease a new car every 2 – 3 years. I came in with 2 weeks left on my lease ready for a new car. I test drove a RR Velar and loved the car. I asked the sales person questions and it was downhill from there. The sales person seemed disinterested and inconvenienced by having to help me. The sales person had no clue what the Residual or Money Factor was on a lease for the model I drove. These are set monthly by model, trim and terms – this was the first dealership I have ever been to where a sales person doesn’t know this or wouldn't provide it. The sales person couldn’t even give me a ballpark quote. I called back with the exact model in order to get an actual quote. I followed up twice via email and once via phone and never heard back. It just felt like the person I worked with didn't care about selling cars. The manager seemed very nice and eager to sell a car, but obviously needs to reign in some of his sales staff. A major disappointment all around. The joke is I loved the car and was ready to buy it. I ended up going to another dealer.

  Jesse was very good- Completely Different Class of Care salesman . Very responsive, smart and always available. HE went well beyond what is expected to find the car that i wanted. HE qualifies to work as patient advocate at a top hospital.

  Professional staff. The salesperson Royo and his manager Joe were very nice. Transaction was completed same day and I drove the vehicle home. One of the better experiences I’ve had buying a car.

  Charged over $1500 for a routine 30k service visit. Replaced 3 filters, the oil in the engine and transmission case and topped off the battery. Cost $482. Then they charged ver $1000 for labor on work that took less than an hour to do. Oh yeah, they washed the car, outside only. Avoid at all costs.
