  I had the most wonderful experience purchasing my new Range Rover Sport Dynamic at Land Rover Freeport. My salesperson was Peter Nawrocki and I cannot say enough praise for the way he went out of his way to make my experience the best I've ever had purchasing a car. From the moment I met him I knew I was in good hands. Anything I needed, he handled with ease. What a professional he is and the whole organization is just like him. They are even sending their computer expert to my house in order to provide me with a lesson on how to set it up (it's quite amazing). Thank you Peter, I'm sure this is the beginning a long relationship..Robert Weber

  My service person she was so helpful so happy when I heard Sheena was working in Freeport she use to help us in the North Shore so happy a Land Rover dealership opened In Freeport ! we have a summer house in Long Beach ! Brought my car in for service they provided a loaner and wonderful service ! What a clean place love how you can see your car being worked on through the glass and wide open space ! Highly recommend using there service department

  UPDATED REVIEW ============================= The issues that were recorded in my previous review have been resolved and the vehicle is now running the way new vehicle should. I absolutely love my 2017 Discovery Sport . After the involvement of the manager all the issues were resolved and the customer service was very helpful. I wish that they should have been helpful even before I had to involve manager. I have been to that location several times now and the customer service highly met my expectations. I would recommend this dealership to anybody who is looking LR and would lease my next vehicle from them. OLD REVIEW ============================= Leased LR Discovery Sport SE about month ago from Land Rover Freeport and the sales person was super easy to deal with and the nightmares started after the vehicle was leased to me. When the car was leased out to me had 5066 miles on it and it was leased to me on a condition or promise that it does not have any issues, it is well equipped, which clearly it's not!!! and is like new and also, when I leased the dealer did not have the second key available, I had to go to the dealership to pick up the second set of keys. But that s not the main issue, only after 3 weeks of driving lot of issues started happening, the auto intelligent start/stop feature stopped working, the steering was shaking, the car was pulling to the left and Bluetooth is not compatible with my phone (i will let this go since it's not retailers fault ). When I explained all these issues they offered to take care of it, they fixed the auto start/stop feature. also, they force balanced the tires to get rid of shaking and wheel alignment BUT THE SHAKING NEVER WENT AWAY!!. it turned out that one of the tires on the car was different make and model then the rest three tires.When I went back to the dealership they indicated that "I replaced one of the tires". THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! When anyone leases a vehicle it should be tested by the dealership before its leased out to the customer and obviously, they did not do that and now they are pretty much saying I am the one who changed the tire. ANOTHER UPDATE !!! TODAY 11/10 COUPLE OF MORE ISSUES STARTED - CENTER DISPLAY KEEPS ON REBOOTING AND THE WINDSHIELD WASHERS NOT WORKING!!!
