::One of the best in Austin. I used to come this place every week and still would if it wasn't so busy! Food is top notch. Crispy boar ribs, rib eye and brisket are some of my favorite. Pro-tip - if you're torn between the brisket and one of their many other outstanding mains, just order the brisket as an appetizer or to share as part of your main course. Service is always on point. Great staff and just a great experience every single time I've been here. Plan in advance and make reservations. Catch a show if you get a chance.

::$22 three meat platter came with one port rib. Can't get the sauces out of the fancy little bottles they put it in. Brisket was lukewarm. To much upselling by the waitstaff. There's better BBQ in Austin. But the building and brunch music was good.

::I was visiting Austin on a business trip and came here for dinner on the recommendation of good barbecue from the concierge at my hotel. The service was really great and the waiter was extremely attentive, they also had a lot of different options on the menu. However I will say that the portions were a little small considering the price especially since there weren't really sides that came with the brisket that I got. This is the main reason I'm giving it a 4 rather than 5.

::They have great bar food. It's expensive. They have the best jazz pianist, Kevin Love-Joy playing there on Sun eve but you have to sit close to the dance floor in order to hear them because the place is so noisy

::Pricey, yes. Delicious, absolutely. Best tip is to during their happy hour- 1/2 off food, great deal. Brisket (although small portion) is awesome, but I love their Boar Ribs and you have to have their Frito Chili Pie--Texas must have! My wife and I had an event last year, reserved the upstairs, to say the least it was PHENOMEMAL!! all our guest absolutely loved the food, service and the set up. If you are in need to cater an event for personal or business, consider these guys/gals-- they're simply amazing, will work with you and do anything they can do to pull off the event.
