  I'd say the environment is great, drinks a tad pricey but they are good. I'd give it more stars if it wasn't for the touchy bouncer they have at the door, he's a bald Hispanic guy. By touchy I mean he gives unwanted attention to females and acts very unprofessional and inappropriate (hugs, grabs them by the hands and waist) with a lot of female customers, including myself. If Lalos doesn't discipline this individual soon, they'll have a sexual harassment case soon enough.

  My family went here to celebrate my sisters birthday. Everything was pretty good. We were served chips and salsa and soup before our meals arrived. We ordered the tamales and the taco dinner. The tamales were ok, I've had better. The tacos were good. They are a little on the more expensive side. You get less food for the same price as other restaurants. We were there past 10pm when it becomes almost like a nightclub. It was cool though. Everyone was having a good time. We paid the bill and left a tip, it wasn't until later that we noticed that they had already talked on gratutity. It turns out they charge gratuity automatically after 10. It would have been nice if the waitress would have spoken up and been honest seeing as how she received double tips.

  Awsome place, dance floor for salsa lovers. Nice Margaritas. But if you are sitting in middle section on the dance floor, they would have to clear the table at 10:30.

  If I could give this place negative stars, I would. After spending $600 with a large group we were literally kicked out. The manager is rude beyond belief and trains his staff to be the same way. While eating my food I must have been asked about 5 times if they could take my plate. I eventually just let them take it without being done. While we were still at the table the staff was preparing the table for the next group. They did everything besides physically remove us. They took our drinks and the manager refunded us half of our drink cost so that we could leave. I was in disbelief. Definitely won't support an establishment with such low regard for guests.

  First of all, I just left this location with 15 cousins, all women. We bought food and drinks. We spent 500+ and was still buying pitchers and drinks. As soon as we paid our bill. They asked us to leave so the table could be open. But had a whole middle section available. We told the waiter we were still purchasing drinks and would like to stay at our table. No waitress or waiter came to attend us after that. So if we wanted a drink then we had to walk to the bar ourselves, which we had no problem because we were enjoying each other’s company. Then the manager comes over and tells us we need to leave. Not once did they try to accommodate us. Or they said they did. They told 15+ women to sit at a full occupied bar. Which was ridiculous. The manager is super unprofessional. Literally taking drinks from our hands and telling us we need to leave. We asked for our money back for our full drinks. That became another problem. He only wanted to give us cash. Overall, the experience was terrible. Super unprofessional over all. And I would understand if we were being loud and obnoxious, but we were honestly on our best behavior! But that just shows, good customer service is not around anymore. They had no courtesy for us.
