  Went to a dental place, was tired of waiting for them to call me back so I looked for another & found lakeview. I was pleased with their flexible hours. 7-4 some days 9-6 others. I arrived early, was ushered back last but I knew it was because I was a new patient. Had my x-rays done, then I met with dr. Najaar. She recommended a treatment plan & the office manager went over it with me. They're very flexible with number of appointments & time. Dr. Najaar was very kind & gentle. I'm looking forward to going back to her next week.

  The dental hygienist working that day was really rough inside my mouth. Cindy the other dental hygienist seems like she does ballet in my mouth and it doesn’t hurt.

  The staff and dental office are state of the art. The main dentist that works on you might need to brush up on her people skills. She a bit rough and if you call the office to inquire about something or have any issue on your next visit she’ll remember. Like a slap on the hand for complaining. Also i had an unscheduled root canal which I’m happy I was able to be seen but I was there from 10:30 am - 4:30 pm. Also I called to inquire about other work I needed and a question on my bill/work/code for the insurance. I wasn’t called back when I was told nor the end of business. I wish I could give 4-5 stars like every other person.

  First of all it was freezing in the place at 7am. It had to be in the low 60’s. It made for a very uncomfortable experience. Next, the Asian hygienist was nice but asked way too many personal questions. I understand small talk but there is a line. I think the lady doctor appeared to be rushing and was not very thorough. The new software kept freezing. They didn’t review the X-rays with my son or me at all. I was then told he needed a filling but she didn’t know how deep the cavity was???? He’s never had a cavity. She didn’t show the cavity on the X-ray therefore another opinion is needed. The visit was 511.00 with one filling if completed. I’m going to call my insurance on this one. Then my daughters X-ray tech kept dropping the tools, which appeared very old making my daughter uncomfortable. My kids asked to never go back again. Lastly the account manager Teresa had a very nasty disposition about herself. Of course she didn’t care if we never come back. I never seen her smile the entire time I was there. On a good note, the African American receptionist was very pleasant. I hope I can find somewhere else that takes this new insurance. 😞
