  Very sweet staff at this vet clinic. I've been having troubles with my poor kitten having scratchy skin, and they have been very patient and caring while exploring different treatment options. Dr. Heidi always gives Alphonse (my kitten) lots of attention both playfully and professionally which puts me at ease whenever I have to bring him in. I'm lucky to be so close by!

  Dr Ollis & her receptionist Victoria were courteous & professional. They both interacted very well with my sick Boxer. I recommend them & will be back in the future. 🐶

  The staff is especially friendly. They are kind a gentle with my pets (two dogs). They are transparent with their pricing and treatment options for the few health issues that my dogs have experienced. They also set up a Petly portal which is an easy way to keep track of your pets medications and appointments as well as tracking weight fluctuation over time. I have been very satisfied with the service here and will continue to give them my business.

  Absolute best vet in the Nashville area! I recently moved to the area from downtown, and needed to find a new vet. Seeing as how this location is so close to my house and the great reviews, I decided to make a necessary appointment for my two cats. The entire staff at this location is wonderful. This vet is nicer than most doctor’s offices I have been to. The doctor and assistant were both extremely thorough, explaining everything so I could understand. After my appointment, I even got follow up emails detailing the specific exam from each cat, along with medicine instructions and recommendations. I cannot recommend this any higher, my experience was absolutely purr-fect! (That was a cat pun)

  I have 2 kitties that have special needs. This vet really takes great care of them both. One has asthma and has had traumatic experiences at previous vets. Lakeside has made him so comfortable that he no longer needs to be sedated for visits. They really are wonderful, so much so that we still take our babies here even though we've moved to a completely different county. 100% worth the drive.
