::I normally don't write reviews, but I have been working out at Lagree since around December and have really had such an incredible experience. The work out is always extremely challenging, but can also be modified based on your physical ability. The instructors are so friendly and take the time to ensure you are getting the most out of your work out. Laurie has been amazing amazing and so motivating to continue coming each week! I can't say enough great things about Lagree and all of the amazing instructors there!

::Lagree is the best fitness studio in Astoria. I've taken classes with most of the instructors and they are all amazing. Laurie has created such a encouraging and fun environment with her team that you (sometimes) even forget about the burn from the class!

::Sooo happy that there is a megaformer workout in Astoria! The 45 minute sessions will have you soaked in sweat and your muscles will be trembling. You even feel the burn the day after! Laurie and her team are very upbeat, personable and sticklers for form. The studio is conveniently located on 23rd ave (off the ditmars stop- close to the Bonnie). Do not forget to bring your grip socks- if you do they have them for sale at the studio!

::Lagree NY is hands-down the best Lagree and megaformer studio in the NYC area, and I've been to more than a few. Laurie and her team are phenomenal. The space is bright, super clean and airy, with terrific acoustics for class. All of the instructors are fantastic, most of whom come from dancing backgrounds. All of them are high-energy and bring a no-joke focus on form, fitness and just working through the burn – and they do it with encouragement and smiles. I've already seen a complete difference in body shape and strength from it. If you are serious about a true Lagree and megaformer workout that will leave you feeling great, accomplished and toned, Lagree NY is the one.

::Absolutely loved it. Andrea is a great instructor, every class is a different routine so it doesn't get old. Exercises were pretty difficult but fun.
