  This is an awesome Resort, and staying in a Penthouse makes it all worth the week stay. Lovely vacation

  Very family friendly. The pool and the lagoon are both beautiful. Very close to the beach as well.

  Great experience touring the HGVC at the Hilton Hawaiin Village. Our sales representative, Rick G., was extremely professional, informative, and personable. I highly recommend requesting Rick of you are interesting in purchasing a HGVC timeshare in Oahu!!!

  The room was very nice and clean but the hospitality and fees were ridiculously poor. The management and staff would not solve simple issues and relied on the fall back position that "it is not our policy" instead of trying to accommodating guests. Pool was not heated in the winter and closed at 7 pm I guess for the convenience of the hotel. Gates locked. Hot tubs were over run with children and infants during the day from three adjacent Hilton properties that had no hot tubs each tub had double the participants as the policy stated on the sign nearby. Again, pools were very cold. Main hotel lobby had no access to elevators. Parking fees were double the surrounding parking lots. There was no restaurant in the hotel . good shopping nearby and nice beach.
