  Great place !! I love the service and the training. The coach there help me a lot . The great thing that I love it’s that it’s a lady’s gym !!!! And I don’t have to worried about covering my body to work out !!! I will defenely recommend this gym ..

  I love this place. Was a member for several years. Although I live quite far away, it was always worth the drive. I wanted a gym that was ladies only, had equipment geared toward women, quiet, no frills, no pressure and no ridiculously inflated pricing. I wanted a place where I could go into my own zone, feel completely comfortable and not worry about distractions or judgements. This is that place. If my current schedule would allow the drive, I would rejoin in a heartbeat. I always went early morning M-F. There were only a few other customers and the women that I encountered that work there were genine, authentic and caring. I really miss it.

  Worst place EVER!, BIGGEST MISTAKE TO JOIN A CLUB! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. MACHINES DOESN'T EVEN WORK MOST OF THE TIME.. I've been trying to cancel my membership due to relocating, they never answer my call backs. Do Not JOIN THIS GYM! YOU'RE WASTING YOUR MONEY, I HOPE THEY CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN.

  They dont give all the clases they said they will. Machines are broken, they make you sign a contract for 20dls per mont with a card, and after they charge 30dls now. The hours are inconvinient, and they didn't should me the machines. The worst place i ever been

  Needs updating desperately!!! There's no AC in there when your working out! Would not recommend this place. Only thing I enjoyed was daycare.
