  The Towing portion of this company is new to me but has gone above and beyond what it is to be helpful especially Scott one of LACEYS drivers he's always professional and polite the mechanics are also good at what they do honest and fair when it comes to prices .KUDOS to LACEY AUTO for outstanding employees and service for all my automotive needs you definitely have my vote!!!!!!

  I RECENTLY HAD A TOW TRUCK DRIVER WHO WORKED FOR LACEY AUTO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND HIS USUAL DAY TO DAY ROUTINE BY INSURING MY VEHICLE'S AND MY SAFETY WERE KEY MOST IMPORTANT ALTHOUGH IT SEEMS HIS TRUCK NEEDED MORE THEN A LITTLE LOVE ITSELF BUt CONSIDERING THIS HE STILL MADE ME AND MY HUSBAND FEEL.SAFE AND THO.IT WAS A VERY Hot HOT day he earnestly continued to give it his all this company should treat there employees better in my opinion it never looks real good when you kir going to pick up a car and you have to get a wood block to put behind the back of a tire on the tow truck so it won't roll back I felt for him as he obviously was accustomed to the issues.   The staff are great and the quality of work can't be beat. The owner was very personable and treated me like a friend and not a customer. I won't go anywhere else.
