  If I can give no stars I would!! This was the most horrible experience I ever had with my one year old. The Asian lady who sits in front desk and does the blood works is so rude from the beginning. I was very nervous as I have a phobia with needles and my daughter needed blood works done. She didn’t even try to keep my baby calm was very rough and her demeanor is so negative. Stuck my daughter and went fishing in her arm to find her vein when I told her she was fishing too much on my baby’s arm she got very nasty and told me I’ll take it out and we are done. She took the needle out and walked away I told the man who was helping her that she had a very bad attitude she came back as to argue with me about the comment I made while my daughter was crying hysterical and was so scared from the procedure she had just done to her. Please do not bring kids here they don’t even make you feel at ease and they just want to go fast and get you out. Horrible and disgusting people!!

  After reading these reviews I was scared for my life when my doctor had me get a blood test at labcorp. I hate blood tests (also needles in general) and was prepared for the worst. Based on the reviews the older lady (didn't quite catch anyones name) was mean, grumpy, and had trouble putting the needle in the vein. But when I sat in the room the receptionist came and was the one drawing the blood. I let her know I dislike blood tests and am scared and she assured me it will be over soon. And it was, it took less than 5 mins (including the time I went into and waiting in the room). It was painless and I didn't feel a thing. She initiated small talk so I took my mind off the blood being drawn and for that I am thankful! I would have rated it 5 stars but It took a while for me to get into the room, around 15-20 mins.

  I was reading the reviews from other patients and it was all negativity.I as a patient rated this facility 5 stars my experience was amazing. The receptionist who's name is Victoria was very professional, from the time I signed in, she was bilingual and very well mannered. To make things even better Victoria is also a phlebotomist and she took out my blood. She got me on the first time and it did not hurt at all, again all I have to say is that this place was excellent in every aspect. I will never forget Victoria for her kindness and most of all her professionalism. God bless you Victoria each and every day, your an amazing woman. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone, again thank you, Victoria!!!!!!!!
