  Easy to find location and parking lot. Super easy to make an appt. I’ve been 4 times and the staff are very kind, positive, and friendly. They remember people’s names which is great. When people are irritable or nasty or just straight up rude, the staff remain poised and professional. Love this location 10x’s better than the ones by my home.

  My daughter is 6yrs old. Her blood work requires her to fast it is now 1:30 and she is still waiting since 11:30. This place is understaffed. Rude, the phlebotomist rolling her eyes and being so mean. Didn't not say hi. Not only that but the room was dirty. The paper on the bed was not changed and the trachea was on the biohazard garbage can. Did not speak at all

  WORST LABCORPS I HAVE BEEN TO. ALL THE OTHER LABCORPS ARE VERY POLITE AND READY TO ASSIST YOU. MY FATHER ALWAYS GO TO THE ONE ON HENRY ST. THEY ARE SO LAZY AND WILL NOT HELP FILL OUT THE LAB PAPER FOR HIM. SO NOW BEFORE HE GO AGAIN I BROUGHT SO SLIPS HOME AND FILL OUT SLIPS FOR HIM. DON"T EVEN HELP THE ELDERLY PATIENTS! THE STAFF NEEDS TO TAKE TIME TO ASSIST A ELDERLY PATIENT IT DOSEN"T TAKE THAT LONG..

  Excellent service. I have very difficult veins due to health issues. The young man that took my blood was calm, did not rush and put me at ease. The process was not painful as I have had in the past. I was greatful and happy. Also the wait time was short.
