  They need to hire more professional people. The people in front desk dont even listen to you. Ridiculous!

  Made an appointment and still had to wait nearly 45 minutes after my appointment time. The nurse who drew the blood did a very good job the procedure was painless and quick which earned it the star. But the fact that I had to wait so long when I made the appointment made me upset.
