  Ppl are courteous, but instructions for check in are extremely confusing. They have 3 new check in kiosks of which 2 are working. There are supposed to be 4 techs working but nobody is being called in yet. They opened promptly at 7am but IMPO, if you’re ready for the day, help working ppl out and moms get their kids to school by opening a few minutes earlier.

  Horrible customer service! I scheduled an appointment for my 15 month old baby so I wouldn't wait long. I arrived to my appointment 15 min prior to my scheduled appointment and for what .. an hour went by without being called. Only after I asked about my daughter's appointment the receptionist said "I didn't write my specific appointment time." So because of that she decided not to call me and left me waiting with my daughter. Unbelievable! When I was called to the back since my daughter was "next" i still had to wait. What infuriated me even more is that my daughter was already inpatient and I still had to wait for another 15 min to even be acknowledged. Because every phlebotomist is busy with a patient no one acknowledges people that walk back there. I left with my daughter because the service here was hottible. Labcorp should hire people that actually want to work and should really spend time training their staff! Horrible customer service!

  Usually crowded on Saturdays because techs don't show or just understaffed. They do a good job moving you through. Staff is always pleasant, even under their workload. Expect 1- 2 hour visit, without appointment.

  Impatient and rough with kids. They got mad at my daughter for crying (which naturally made her cry harder) and we had to go back a second time to finish the tests.
