  This was our first "serious" trip in to actually purchase furniture. Dena Drougas was our salesperson. She made it an amazing experience. Her knowledge and expertise of your furniture is what sold us on not 1 but 5 pieces. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back when we need additional pieces.

  We went in during the Christmas sale. The sales personnel were great; no hard sell but very available when we had questions. And the after purchase care was great too. The delivery was on time and was nice to call first. We almost bought a sofa but decided to wait since this chair was our first La-Z-Boy. Now I can’t wait for a sale to go get that sofa.

  We love la z boy gallery for their quality products, as we have many of their pieces in our home. We stepped into the gallery with my family and immediately the sales person made a comment about bringing our kids with us. We went into the store with the mindset of making a purchase, but decided our money should be given to someone else for our family sofa. Like I said quality of product is good but please treat all customers, young or old, with common courtesy.

  Cynthia was our sales consultant and she did an awesome job. I am short so I have issues with leg room etc. that anyone short would understand. She walked us to the right sofa and it is the one we purchased after checking a few others. Great job!
