  We Walked in to receive a warm welcome from Rich. He was no pressure and said for us to let him know if we have any questions. We looked at some recliners and sat in a few, until we found the prefect one! Rich was right there when we were ready to make the purchase He made it very easy and asked if we wanted it to be delivered or scotch guarded for an extra fee (we kindly declined both) We took our truck to pick up our recliner, the next day, and that was a very easy transaction as well Josh, at the customer service desk, was very friendly and knowledgeable We will definently be referring our family and friends to Lazy Boy Thank you

  I'm only giving a 4/5 as we paid for the delivery service for our chair expecting a call the night before with the estimated delivery time and no one called. Kinda put a crimp in our Saturday plans as I had to hang at home until 10am when the store opened so I could try to track down the time of delivery. Other than that all good. We appreciated that the sales folks left us alone instead of following us around trying to sell us something. When we were ready to purchase they made themselves available. Thank you for that LZB.

  Kristina at the LaZboy gallery in North Portland was so helpful today. I was able to get the perfect chair for my price range and home while on my lunch break, and brought it home that day. It's so comfortable and my family is thrilled. Especially since it has a 5 year warranty on the fabric, a regular year warranty, and it's such high quality, as well as being made in the USA.

  We love la-z-boy furniture! Our couch and chair are beautiful! The fabric is soft but sturdy. Way better than buying a cheap couch. I can definitely tell the difference in quality, it is well worth the price. Pickup was so quick and easy, they had it already up front and ready to load and they took extra time and care into figuring out how to fit both pieces in the van so we didnt have to make 2 trips. Amazing service and amazing quality!!

  Shockingly poor customer service from what we thought was a reputable company. First, would like to say that our initial sales experience was really good. Also our delivery guys were quick, polite and very nice. That is the reason for the two stars, if not for them this rating would be 0. This was not our first lazy boy purchase, we had also bought a sectional in Colorado in 2016. We love that couch and decided to also get an oversized arm chair and ottoman for our new house. The initial experience at the store was good, but then it went downhill from there. We had a minor issue with the fabric on our couch, and called the Portland store to get it fixed. We had bought an extended warranty through the store in Colorado which we were told repeatedly would be honored everywhere. The Portland store would not honor it even though we had proof of purchase. Even if this was the fault of a different store, a better company would have taken care of us. We were pretty put out, and tried to cancel the order for our chair. They told us we were “stuck with it” unless we wanted to pay a 50% penalty. Also, were told our chair would take 4-6 weeks for delivery. This was fine with us, but then it took 7... we had to keep calling for updates. There was no communication from their end. Finally this week we called again, they were like “oh, your chair is actually here”. How long had it been there? Who knows! They then said they’d call us the day before the delivery with a two hour window. Again, no communication. We had to call again to get a delivery time on the day of delivery. They lied and said they tried both my wife’s and my phone multiple times. This was not true as neither one of us had a missed call. Also, our phones are always on us. We do love our furniture at least. They do make a good product. It’s really a shame that their customer service is so bad. We won’t be buying any other furniture from them again.
