  So excited about the new Duo “Edie” sectional I just bought - it will be hard to wait 8-10 weeks for delivery, but I know it will be worth it! What a pleasure to work with Nelah - very friendly and professional. I usually dislike dealing with sales people, but she was awesome (no high pressure), and knew her stuff! Jessica and Eric were equally awesome - thanks for the great teamwork. Can’t speak highly enough about my experience - I whole heartedly recommend La-Z-Boy!

  In November I used the LaZBoy design services out of Sacramento, CA, and purchased my sofa, coffee table, and end tables. I went back last week and ordered another set of pillows for my living room. The design gurus, John and Marybeth, helped me to decide on a color and design scheme when they did their presentation. I love my new room! It fits me like a glove. Thank you John and Marybeth!!

  Lets start positive: The sales representatives are wonderful. They are very helpful in showing you fabric samples, styles, pricing options, etc. They take their time to ensure you get what you want and are happy with it. Including taking fabric samples home to see how they'd look in your place. The purchasing experience was excellent. The furniture I received was absolutely perfect. It’s only been in my house three days but I love it. I’m very glad I went with La-Z-Boy. However, the only tarnish to their stellar service is the delivery process. It took four weeks to hand build my furniture. Once that was completed I received a call saying it was done and they could schedule delivery two weeks after that. Know going into this process that it will take a while to get your furniture. They also had a pretty big hiccup with my and others delivery. The truck bringing it up from SoCal was unable to make it. I was notified the morning of delivery around 930AM that it would not be coming. It required taking another day off work to ensure I got it. Things happen and they eventually made up for the inconvenience. However, the delivery process is why I can only give this place a four star rating instead of a 5.

  I am very disappointed with my recent Lazy Boy experience. I ordered a recliner in early January and was told that I would receive it in 5 to 7 weeks. After 7 weeks I still had not received it nor did anyone from Lazy Boy contact me with any updates. After several calls to the store I have gotten the total run around. Apparently it is on backorder. Last week i was told it will ship late March and yesterday I was told late April. Terrible customer service. I have been without a chair for months. My immediate family has spent several thousand dollars within the last few years at Lazy Boy. I would expect a lot more from this company than what I’ve been dealing with. Very disappointed
