  The staff is great. La Sevillana staff makes you feel welcomed no matter what nationality you are. The beef empanadas are so appetizing. The Tres Leche is perfect in every way. When visiting New York there is never a time i dont stop to this bakery

  There 'Pandebono(cheese bread)' and fresh carrot juice are so good~. Staffs are super friendly as well as customers

  In all my experiences in the bakery buisness I have to say this is the worst I have ever had. I came here expecting exquist quality but instead I got a mouthful of harsh words from one of my so called "costumer service providers" , to be fairly honest the food was great i admit , but the staff and workers need to lighten up a but, it makes the atmosphere depressing. I belive the store relies on the hapiness of the workers and when the workers are all moody it brings the whole experice down, whats the harm in putting on a fake smile huh? Thanks for the horrible service. Come here for the food not the people.

  Love it! Great tamales and other things. I wish they had hot chocolate, tho. But, clean and food is excellent. *they do have hot chocolate! It is not out like the coffee. You have to ask them to make it for you**
