Great location. The hotel was very busy when I stayed there, and the staff did an excellent job with the bustling activity. There was an ample variety of breakfast options. Rooms were clean with nice amenities. Pet friendly.

The suite was spacious, the bed was comfortable. 3 star hotel, at best. The breakfast was disgusting, the breakfast area was small and crowded. There was no bar and the small refreshment area was poorly stocked. My wife and I got caught in a downpour while walking back to the hotel. We were told by a female valet that we couldn't enter the hotel to get out of the rain. She quickly discovered that we were guests there. The hotel is dog friendly. I had no problem with that as I have three dogs of my own. However, my wife started complaining of smelling urine coming from the floor, on her side of the bed! When my wife complained to Kyle, employee at the desk, all he said to her was, "Ok. " We heard a knock at the door the following morning at 9:30 and found that it was housekeeping. We advised her that we were leaving in a moment and that she could clean the room. When we returned at 2:30p.m. we found a housekeeper's cart dumped in the middle of the floor with no one around. My wife advised Kyle who told her that he had no idea that had occurred and that he'd have it taken care of. When we walked to our room, we found that it hadn't been cleaned. We had no toilet paper so I returned to the tipped over cart and retrieved a roll of tissue from the floor. We left the room at 5:00p.m. and I asked Kyle to have the room cleaned before I returned. We were told that one of the housekeepers had become disgruntled and dumped the cart. We returned at 8:00p.m. and discovered that the bed had been made, the floor hadn't been swept, the bathroom floor hadn't been mopped, and the bedroom still smelled of urine! The assistant manager, Jade, refunded two nights stay. Valet parking is $35 a day, plus about $4 tax. Awesome personnel were Skylar (The valet), Jade (The assistant manager), Ariel (Housekeeper).

We were given a dirty room upon check-in. The manager gave us complimentary valet parking for the inconvenience. He was very nice about everything even after being charged for it. I did not like the tub in our new room. Our drain stopper was broken. The air did not cool the room at the lowest temp. The dining area for breakfast was warm and stuffy. The continental breakfast was good. The hotel is in a good location and renovations were very nice. Overall, I would not stay again , only as a last resort.

I came here with my buddies expecting to have a good time. We came in a long car, found our parking, paid for a ticket. By the time we got back out, our car was booted and the officer was walking back to his truck. We ran up to him and showed him our payment that we had. After all that, the guy just looked at us and told us that it wasn't his problem. We asked him if there was a way to get the boot off our car but the answer was $90. After that, I'm never coming here again. Most pointless $90 ever.....

I loved our room. We needed a repair because the thermostat wasn't working and they fixed it quickly. The staff was friendly too. The location was great...close enough to walk to the French Quarter but far enough from the noise that we got good sleeping conditions. Breakfast was good but only got sausage the first day. We would have preferred sausage and eggs each day but still good food.
