  Everything was really convenient, pet-friendly, large tubs,grass, and a Wonderful Buffet. As much as I did enjoy staying at this hotel there was a minor problem on my last night after I paid for the for the night they tried to tell me that my credit card never charged for the night before which it showed it was charged on my end and they refuse to look at my information send for my credit card company showing the debit was taken out they just wanted to recharge me all over again. Was never resolved with the staff I had to call the corporate office to resolve the issue.

  This is a great hotel they have a large continental breakfast. Housekeeping seems to be able to clean Efficiently and fast. I had a minor issue and they comped to my room for one whole night. This is how you are and repeat business from customers I advise anybody that's in the by guess area and has Pat's to say this looking to you can't go wrong with their prices.

  Not terrible, but definitely in need of renovation, new carpets, carpet cleaning. My bathroom light was intermittent, fixed on day three. Doors had significant wear, dirt. Friendly staff, convenient location.

  Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Great courtyard for our dogs. Only negative was checkout was at 11am and at 10:30 we took the dogs out to the van and came back to get their beds and the door was locked. Maintenance couldn't open the door and front desk said they would send someone but After 45 minutes I went to the front desk to get a key. They locked us out at 10:40 which cost me an hour to get back in, with no apology. Be aware that you might get locked out before your checkout time.
