  Place is a complete dump. It's literally falling apart. The toilet doesn't work the sink doesn't drain they won't fix it because they don't have maintenance. The lobby bathroom is also broken. They've been doing renovations for over a year. I know this because it was this exact same way last year except now there's a new coat of paint on the building. This place is the worst you can do in downtown Indianapolis.

  The staff was great the breakfast not so good. At 3 am I was woken up by what seemed to be a headrd of drunk buffalo running through the hallways. Other than that okay...

  The rooms are serviceable at best. The place is under renovation and according to their reviews it has been for a year at least. The building is old but they have updated it quite a bit. Our room was clean, the bed was nice but our room was small. We each had one small suitcase and I had a book bag, we put them over by the window and it seemed to eat up half the space in the room. Then the toilet kept running, or it would fill up and randomly drain. Tried to fix it, called the front desk they said about 30 minutes, and I never saw a repair person before I checked out. All in all, it's not bad for a no frills room if you're just looking for a place to sleep, shower, etc etc if you want plush or the bells and whistles this is not the hotel for you.

  Great location for the value. There were a few minor issues with my experience. First, the room smelled of mildew and the windows are not sealed which allows moisture to develop on the window. Second, the ice machine did not work which may be a non issue for people. Very close to downtown and had a limited breakfast with one hot item. Overall satisfied with my stay!

  Clean and very quiet. Decent sized rooms. Free coffee and breakfast in the morning. Only complaint is there's no signage and building is easily missed from the street. Also, while I was there only one elevator was usable, the rest we're out of order. But great place to go if you like clean and quiet.
