  Great for the price. The bed was very comfortable. However, the shower often ran out of hot water

  Perfect for what we needed: a place to sleep along the way. Super clean, friendly staff, comfy beds, and a decent enough complimentary breakfast of muffins, cereal, waffles, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, and the usual coffee, oj, milk, or apple juice. At such a low price it was perfect. Will use again next time we're passing through El Paso. Keep in mind that there are two La Quintas right across the street from one another. This is the inn and suites which has room entrances on the inside. We we're comforted to see a security guard walking around the parking lot when we arrived late at night.

  horrible customer service I was not able to stay at this hotel so my review is based solely on my disappointing experience with the front desk. I am a single female traveling across the country alone. I made a reservation at this La Quinta before arriving on my way through Texas. When I got there I handed the gentleman at reception my passport he would not even take it before saying sharply 'We don't accept this form of ID" I explained to him my wallet was lost and this was the only form of ID I had on me. He then reluctantly took the passport and asked for a credit card to put on hold I handed him my temporary card and explained this was the only card I had since my wallet was lost but it has sufficient funds and I was planing on paying cash. Then the girl next to him behind the desk quickly butted in saying "we can't accept this its company policy, you can't stay here" I was a bit taken back as I once again explained the situation I was in and asked if there was anything we might be able to do with what I had. She laughed at me and said "no and most other places wont accept this either" I replied with "so I am just stranded for the night" and she said "looks like it" as I teared up and walked away. I fully understand the policy put in place by the company however I have never been treated so rudely by someone in customer service and I was appalled at the callus attitude towards my unfortunate situation. I called the La Quinta that I was planing to stay at out side of Dallas the following night and the lovely receptionist worked with me and assured me she will honer my reservation and I will not have a problem checking it.

  They were awesome. I made my reservation online once I got to my room I had a gift bag with my name on it made me feel very special if I'm ever in that area again I will be back super great experience

  DRIVING ALL DAY ON HWY 10 WE WERE DETOURED 200 MILES OFF COURSE. FINALLY HIT EL PASO, TX. AND I'M READY TO TO FIND A NICE HOTEL TO SPEND THE NIGHT. GOOGLED HOTELS AND LA QUINTA CAUGHT MY EYE. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT !!!!! DROVE IN WALKED INSIDE ROBERT GREETED US DID SOME CHECKING GOT US A HANDY CAP ROOM WITH NICE COMFORTABLE BED. CLEAN.... THAN HE GOT ME A KING SIZE, ALL IN A BLINK OF AN EYE. EVEN TOLD ME WHERE I COULD FIND THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN TOWN. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS
