The location is good, staff is nice, and the rooms are on the inside which is always a plus. Cons are the rooms are not cleaned well. Floors were extremely dirty and greasy??? The shower had so much hair in it. The bathroom ceiling had so many patched holes from water damage. It was sagging and the whole time I was showering I was afraid the ceiling was going to cave in. They don’t even put a proper comforter on the bed. They give you 2 sheets and an extremely thin blanket. They also give you super flat pillows to sleep on. Also, there was no lotion which really irked my boyfriend because most hotels give that complimentary. Overall, the location and staff are really the only pros here, nothing about the room itself.

Interesting hotel for sure. The staff was great. My first room smelled terrible of smoke. They moved me. The second room shower didn’t drain. I told staff in morning but they never fixed it during the day. They don’t clean the rooms bectween the nights so you have to ask for more coffee. The rooms have break in barriers so I am imagining they have had issues in there? But the room air conditioning and heat worked nicely. Bed wasn’t bad.

e stayed a week at the La Quinta in Aurora, Colorado. The hotel seemed to be well located, but the reality is that it is situated in a very obvious drug use area of town. Once inside the hotel, there is almost constant bad smell at the elevator area. In our room, the bathroom door was in pretty bad condition. Also, the shower curtain had the supporting rod detached from the wall - so the curtain could never cover the shower. It left you exposed. Showering was stressful and difficult with constant worry of water spilling out and drenching the floor. We reported this, but nothing was done about it. It was clear that marijuana was being smoked in a nearby room. We called the front desk and were told that they would do nothing about it. On weekends, the cafeteria shift is a disaster. You had to ask for coffee to be made (empty pots) and other items to be refreshed and provided. There was no care to work. It is common for the homeless to come in the hotel, drink the coffee and use the bathrooms. Hotel guests have to wait for the homeless and addicts to finish using the facilities before we can use them. The same goes for the front desk afternoon and evening shifts. No care. It is a pity that this La Quinta hotel is so poorly maintained and its guests so greatly disregarded.

I will be writing corporate. Jonathan was sent from heaven to care for others ❤️ I am from Texas. We had a family emergency and our stay was longer than we expected. This Angel didn't just help us he listened with such compassion in his eyes. I will remember those eyes forever. If you get the chance give him a hug from me. Thank you Jonathan. I also must Thank you also must go to Alan. His kindness was sincere and heart warming. I am quite confident that the level of care is common there. Thank you 💜 Karen

0/5 stars: unacceptable conditions and customer service. The rooms were filthy and after we pulled back the sheets and discovered both beds were covered in stains, blood/urine/bio-hazardous materials (an major health concern, obviously) that’s when I went to the front desk. We informed that we were extremely uncomfortable with the condition of the room and had made arrangements to stay elsewhere. I was told my experience didn’t warrant any sort of refund, and that I needed to email her the pictures “if we expect any changes to be made”. As manager, you should get your own pictures and advocate for healthy conditions - not demand this from your customers. As manager, quality and customer service should be upheld. Be aware that you will receive neither from this hotel.
