  We stayed for one night. Check in went well. Room was a great size and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Some of the touches in the room need to be addressed. Loose faucet. Loose hinges on the doors. Toilet seat also loose. Elevator is sketchy. Strong Pot smell inside the building at the side door. Nice place otherwise. Just needs some maintenance and it would be a top notch 4 star hotel.

  I'm staying for 2 work weeks. Jeremy at the front desk is phenomenal!! There was an issue with my 1st room. Jeremy immediately fixed it and moved me. I've slept so well. The room is clean, staff is great. Just what I needed.

  Very nice hotel and great location. The decor and furniture are up to date and looks great. Breakfast was nice as well. I was surprised they had hot food. Sausage, eggs with cheese, self made waffles, muffins, bagels, toast, cereal, coffee, apple and orange juice. The staff was friendly and they were able to accommodate my early arrival for a business trip. My only complaint was the bathtub. It looked creepy with a few cracks and peels. It was old but it was clean.

  When we tried to check in there was no one at the front desk. After about ten minutes someone came out of the back. She was very friendly. There was a drunk guy in the lobby who was very strange. Once we got to our room the key card didn't work. I went back down and the receptionist reprogrammed it. After that it worked fine. The room was nice and had a nice view. The price of the room and location were the best. Next time we got to a concert at the amphitheater we will definitely check out this location.

  This location is great. Nicely tucked into a nice area, well lit and felt very safe. (Can't say the same for all LQ properties). Check in was a breeze, though we didn't get the first floor that we requested (not a deal breaker by any stretch), but we arrived pretty late and left very early, so we prefer the first floor to not disturb those trying to sleep. The room was definitely above my expectation. I was on a 4 day road trip and booked similar hotels to this one and this had the best room of the 4. Spacious room, nice bathroom with great lighting and amenities. Breakfast was alright, but nothing to write home about, but I'd definitely stay here again. Nothing wrong with our stay whatsoever.
