  Peace of mind is golden and so is the team at La Petite. Ms. Judy and her team are professional, positive and most importantly LOVING. Our daughter was under their care for 3 years and she came home with a smile every day. She also has asthma that required a lot of attention and communication from the leadership and teachers. They over-communicated not only with any concerns about her asthma but also about her daily behavior and discoveries. Both my partner and I are in education and it is evident that La Petite is a 5 star early childhood care center! In 3 years our impressions were always 100% stellar. This is also evident in their 2+ year waiting list.

  This La Petite School has been a blessing to my kids [and I'm glad to have signed up as soon as I was pregnant and didn't waste too much time on the wait list]. They have been attending there for over a year now and the results have being overwhelmingly positive. My mother commended my child's improved verbal & social skills since attending La Petite. I admire the teachers' patience and time especially that of teacher Patty's with teacher Nicole's help, on working with my child at Early preschool before promoting to Pre-K. The parent - teacher conference is a very important aspect that should be taken seriously. The teachers don't "sugarcoat" anything and will inform you of what's going on with your child. If you're in doubt, there's always the observation room for your use- to observe your child from and see things for yourself. I think that's an excellent form of 1 of their open policies. The Infant teachers were very caring, nuturing, and were like my child's 2nd mommies before moving on to the Toddler class; the Pre -K teachers rock as they make learning fun, understanding, and prepare my child for "the real school world"; and I need to get the "secret" from the Toddler teachers on how "they do it"... with transforming the "terrible twos" and "No No" clicks into fine young citizens. I am grateful to Director Judy, Wendy and all their staff for keeping up this environment of learning, character/stamina building, and diversity as they cater to my children's needs accordingly and my family feels very safe and no worries with them attending this school. Their location at Union station and hours of operation, are a PLUS and fits perfectly with my office hours. P.S. There are other enrichment programs such as petite feet dance; gymnastics; and soccer, for your child's participation if interested. N.B. If you're a parent and in doubt or uncertain of a choice of day care/infant/preschool to send your child to, please visit this La Petite site and see for yourself. They did not get their accreditations by accident or win the award for Best school in downtown L. A. in error. They actually do their work and all of their efforts are worthy of emulation.
