  I have came to the conclusion they offer good services to who they want. The last time I was DISSATISFIED, not to mention while receiving a pedi prior I witness a roach walk on by, but decided to try once again, how ever upon arrival after calling and making appointment I wasn't able to be serviced !!!!!! Although there was open pedi chairs. Racist I believe!! Never again.

  I love the foot massages here, included in price of pedicure. Very thorough and relaxing!

  I've been going to LA Nails for several years and have always had excellent service. Hannah and Moon are who I usually see, and they always do such a great job! The salon is always clean and they are meticulous about cleaning the equipment and pedi chair bowls. Nancy the owner is so sweet - she always greets me by name and asks about my family. I would highly recommend this nail salon!

  Sometimes they're good, depends on who you get. I've tried this place about 5 times and each time it's different. There's some sort of order there where the lowest available artist will start cleaning and trimming your nails before another higher rank artist trades out. I've been swapped before 3 artists before and the result wasn't what I wanted.. I've tried getting details (white stripes on black polish) on my ring fingers because I was recently engaged and the lines weren't straight so it was free. I wish they fixed it and charged me instead. I have gone in once for a pedicure and I will NEVER AGAIN! Yes, my feet are not smooth, but I was bleeding from all of the excessive filing by the time I left. I almost got an infection from that pedicure. I definitely didn't see them clean their door baths after or change the plastic lining. Yet, I've also had experiences where I'm helped by one artist and she does a great job. So, idk, go at your own risk.
