  Made a call, set up an appointment but the next day they never showed up. I called for an hour straight before the appointment, even left a message and I still haven't received a call back. We wasted a whole day waiting for them. They didn't even have the decency to cancel.

  I had a wonderful experience with this company. What normally is a difficult process ended up being such a pleasant experience. An appointment was set up, my windows were measured and samples were brought home. While looking at my space the owner provided different suggestions, but I ended up with the plantation shutters for my bathroom. 3 weeks later my custom product was installed by a gentleman who did an amazing job. He cleaned up after himself too and arrived home with booties so that he didn't have to remove his shoes. I was so pleased that I am ordering more window shades for the rest of my home. Highly recommended.

  Estimate was 50 % less than what i received from other companies. These guys are top notch and they dont compromise on quality I am very happy with the job done
