  Great place to workout but the Spa/whirlpool has been out of order for OVER a month and no idea when if ever it will be fixed???

  I don't write a review often, but I should leave it. Their facility is not bad, but the pool contains so much chemical. Once I did swim, I had eye pains for about two days. Their customer service is not professional and personal trainers are replaced so often.

  Charlie Fernandez is the best, I was skeptical because I have been to other gyms for a tour before signing up and they were either too pushy to sign you up, gave you a "walking" look at the equipment & locker rooms and most were looking worse than those found at the Port Authority in NYC! Anyway, everything was clean, even the locker room/shower/restroom area. Charlie not only showed us how the equipment worked, he let me try a few. My first time looking to join a gym & he made it easy, especially since I am overweight he made me feel comfortable and that I will do well with my goals & assured me that any questions I can just ask him. This was the best clean and user friendly gym I have encountered. With all that I know I will meet my personal goal and not someone else's personal goal for me. Thank you Charlie Fernandez!

  This fitness place has all different kinds of equipments. Swimming pool and changing place is so clean. The assistant general manager Charlie Fernandez is great, he made us feel very welcomed. My family joined the membership because he pleasantly showed us around and explained everything so clearly.

  Big place. Large variety of Equipment. Not busy in normal and peak hours. Friendly attitude in general. One star has been taken down for the cleanliness! Rest rooms and floors need to be mopped and cleaned on regular basis. Other than this, everything is perfect.
