  Since a juvenile the age of 18 years old I've not been able to be perfect and bended the rules there and there and not proud of those moments in my life and if I could change the wheels of time that would be my priority to not cross path with this court room and face summary probation, formal probation,parole.I was given to many slaps on the wrist but did not take things seriously like a man should and dislike waking on hard bunk bed and having a another man telling what to do. I'm 34 years old now I've been able to stay away from this court and want to continue the good work but this past 6 years and a half ½ I had to face other responsibility like pick myself up and dust my self off and keep my noise clean by expunging and keeping good behaviour for a pardon of rehabilitation but the service for this is not so great in the 19th floor and not pleased with the results. I wish I was in the USA military than wasting my valuable time on negative junk that could off been prevented.I strongly believe the 19th floor needs to step up their game and help individuals like myself trying to get their act together.
