  At age 75, I have nearly perfect teeth, so all I have done for years is just to get cleanings twice a year. I have been coming every six months to this dental office for many years and always have been very happy with the hygienist and the care given me. The `Casita` is exquisitely designed in the most pleasing and beautiful decor I have ever seen in any office. It is a visual feast for my appreciative eyes every time I visit. I have never seen any sign of rudeness on the part of staff (all to the contrary) nor dissatisfaction from any fellow clients there. At least for the level of services that I require, I am very content to continue coming here.

  I actually think that this review is a good detailed description of what you can expect when you come to La Casita Dental. The ladies at the front are very welcoming. The dentist, not So much. I needed a very basic procedure done. I came with the intent of a 10 minute process as I’ve had dental work done all of my life, pretty much. I’ve had other medical professionals try to bait me but this was something far more deliberate. The female Dentist their is possibly the coldest hearted person I’ve come across since coming to Miami. People are educated far more than they may seem and this Dentist should take heed to someone’s intelligence. She spoke down to me like I was a child and took zero accountability for her offices actions. She literally told me” I’m just an employee here”. For my money and time, I’ll never return here again.

  extremely poorly managed office - I waited 2 1/2 hrs for a cleaning. they had their schedules totally confused and just as I was leaving lied tome about hwy I had to wait, blatantly , dental techs and dentist are good though - I shall not return

  I called for information and request an appointment, not only I was not informed, I was also treated with bad attitude and poor interest.

  WORST PLACE EVER. BAD ATTITUDE TO CLIENTS. THERE IS A WOMEN THAT IS VERY VERY RUDE. I called to set an appointment because my 10 year old son had his teeth broken and it was an emergency then i call back and she wouldnt pick up. Called from other number and she told me i was stupid and to stop calling her.I will never go back again. I had a big group of friends coming to miami and they asked me for a dentist recomendation and i almost sent them here. Screw you? U are the one whos stupid.
