  Beautiful home and the back yard area was breathtaking over looking the water. Very quiet area ..

  Stayed here for a week during cold weather. Heat would not work past 68 degrees. And thermostat wouldnt let it change the settimg either. It was OK during the day but freezing at night.

  Stayed here in cold December. Thermostat wouldn't alow to turn heat on higher than 68. Everything was great except everyone kept waking up because of cold.
