  One of the things I missed the most when living abroad in Sydney were NYC bagels and when I thought about bagels, I always fantasised about La Bagel Delight. The options are endless, the bagels are massive and absolutely delicious and the variety of spreads and cream cheeses cannot be beat. In addition to that, the crew behind the counter is fun and friendly and the interactions always leave me smiling. If you don’t feel like a bagel, their salads, pastries and sandwiches are just as delicious. I’m so happy to back in the city and finally have those bagels I’ve been dreaming of for the past 4 years. My favourite combo is a toasted pumpernickel with avocado cream cheese. It’s devine!

  I visited this food emporium daily during my ten day visit to Brooklyn in November. I haven't been home in over 10 years and this was a great place to go for a hot breakfast and for a great lunch. Love those bagels and hot tea with real lemon. Everyone was friendly and the lines were efficiently run, no long waits here! This is a must visit for an authentic experience.

  The bagels here are among the best in Park Slope. Edit: A year later I feel the same way. As you can see from my photos, my go-to bagel always has American cheese (not grilled cheese, just cheese on a toasted bagel) — I’ve been eating them that way since I was about 6 years old — and La Bagel Delight always makes them perfectly.

  Love this place so much. Their breakfast sandwiches are so good. It’s gets busy and they have the customer service to match it and to make sure everyone on line is satisfied. Really nice establishment. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality meal at any given point of the day. They also have seating available inside and a bathroom as well. Makes things so convenient
