::LP's is a wonderful paint body and mechanical company. After insurance sent my Silverado to one of their preferred shops my truck was half assed and not even completed. LP's fixed my truck correctly and refused to put on sub standard parts supplied by my insurance.i would highly recommend them to anyone and will never trust my vehicle with anyone else!!!!

::Horrible! When I had my vehicle there and picked it up the FIRST time, my seats were filthy and they claimed they didn't do it! Black stuff on beige seats? Parts were not put on to clamp down my hood vent, claimed it was like that! I know my truck and it was not, they removed my hood to paint? Last to touch plastic hood vent! Then a couple years go by...Paint didn't last, they claimed my camper shell was peeling so that meant my paint was just getting old (their painted parts only and my after market camper shell)? My camper shell has nothing to do with my truck paint, it's LEER my trucks NOT! I was fine and aware that my camper shell is and was peeling, I was not fine with their poor paint job peeling. Having to come in 2 different times for repaints! Do you see a pattern? they never took responsibility for their mistakes! After FIRST REPAINT: picked vehicle up and they had put the wrong logo on my driver side that didn't match my truck model, they tried to say once again they wouldn't have done that! SECOND REPAINT: came to pick up my vehicle and it had a cracked windshield! They said they had nothing to do with it.. I didn't even have a chip or anything! Especially not the kind that would create a straight line across my whole entire passenger half of my windshield! They also hadn't put my driver side door suction cup back on and refused to do it! also called the cops on me because I wasn't going to leave until they told me why my windshield was cracked! Stay away they are shady and don't know what they're doing!

::Excellent customer service! They are quick to get my car in and help with whatever my car's problems are--even if it isn't something they normally do. Prices are better than other shops around and they are totally upfront with the costs--nothing hidden. Both Brian and Brad are friendly and personable and very easy to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough. You don't need to worry about your car when you take it here; they'll take great care of you and your car.
