  I bought my fiancé's engagement ring from Lance back in 1999. It was a great experience! Lance took his time to teach me about diamonds so that I could make my OWN decision on the best one for us. In fact, he would not even let me make a choice until AFTER he had several instructional sessions. No pressure - no rushing into decisions. And it is still the best decision I've ever made!   Stopped in for a repair of my gold bracelet , I had run over it in the drive way. It was tweaked and didn't latch. They looked at it and adjusted the latch and got it wearable while I waited. Customer service is number one. Ken Brawshaw is great. L Geiger is really a custom jeweler with Gold, Platium and all the new metals in rings and necklaces. Try them, I will be back.
