::EASTER SUNDAY 2018: My family was locked out of the house. I called at least 6 locksmiths and either I got a no answer or I got (understandably) they were busy with their families. But, Bill (the owner) called me back and said he was also with family. Bill thankfully, dropped what he was doing and came right out to my house to help us get into our house. I will never be able to thank him enough for his kindness and generosity. Thank you Bill for your Easter Gift to this family!!!!

::I recently needed locksmith assistance in the Phoenix area- while being located in Maine. I took a complete leap of faith with Bill. And, oh my, he was nothing short of amazing. First of all, he did due diligence to insure I had the authority to make such requests- (having the locks changed at my aging father's home)- which just impressed me! But then the situation got more complex, and he was amazing. He was flexible with strange time requirements (that I thrust on him at the last minute), he was through in what he did for me, and he was pleasant to deal with; all while being reasonably priced.
